“Amager IT Specialist” humble beginnings started in Tåstrup back in 2011, first off as a an extracurricular activity for a student who was seeking a change in his delivery driver job. It then grew into a registered business later in 2014, which was now located in a small office in Amager (hence the name).
After 10 years of constant growth and experience, we at Amager IT Specialist are proud to undertake any task that your previous repair shop refused to, such as wine spill on your brand new MacBook, your iPhone that you dropped into the ocean only to find out it was not as water resistant as advertized, or your vintage audio equipment that is turning 60 years old next week and only plays sound from the left channel.
We are of course glad to help you with regular repairs, such as screen or battery replacements for portable devices, dust ant thermal paste service for computers, potentiometer service for amplifiers, fader cleanup or replacement for professional audio mixers, you name it.
We also build, tune, and overclock regular gaming computers.
Having all this electronics knowledge, we also build custom devices and offer bespoke electronics design and manufacturing for all your unique needs.

Our electronics repair operates as mainly a walk-in workshop, and it is strongly recommended to call, text, or email before arrival to arrange a timeslot. We are located in a repurposed 1920’s car manufacturing factory with an unusual entrance layout, please call upon arrival.
Additionally to walk-in repairs, we also offer mail-in service, the cost of which can either be added to the final invoice, or the customer is welcome to buy their own shipping labels.
Usual repair time is 1-2 workdays, and might be extended if any replacement parts need to be ordered or any delays are encountered during the repair process. In either case we maintain a constant communication with the customer to let them know of the status.
Expedited repair is also possible in case of urgency, where we guarantee same day repair. In such cases there is a fixed 50% upcharge to the repair price, agreed with the customer beforehand.
